My recent art explores abstract sculptural painting through three-dimensional formed compositions to scaffold layers of color.
My background of experiences combines Industrial Design, Systems Thinking, and Cognitive Psychology, which enables me to drive deep as a multidisciplinary thinker on complex problems that vary in scale. Developing research and design strategies, going deep in experiential thinking, and establishing design vision enable me to influence across all levels in the organization.
With more than 25 years of deep industry design experience, I lead by example and build strong, high-performing teams that tackle complex enterprise problems. While my current work merges AI with enterprise software, I have also designed many consumer facing products. Teaching, mentoring, and driving organizational change to support product innovation is a personal passion of mine.
