The Watson Discovery Advisor product is a system of research products that leverage a common Watson NLP + Big Data Discovery Services core to drive deeper, more rapid insight across industries. Security & law enforcement, computational biology, and pharmacology were some of the many industries supported, each with specific tools and visualizations to accelerate research.
Industry & scenario specific visualizations and AI capability plug into several extension points in the Watson Discovery Advisor product.
Watson Virtual Agent was one of many successful products incubated and launched by my Industry Applications team. This team rapidly researched, explored, and incubated AI-based products that were configurable across industry.
Watson Engagement Advisor was the first consumer-facing Watson experience to enter market. Watson was trained for several industries and scenarios. I led the design for the initial launch and then built teams to explore additional scenarios.
